A Dynamic Approach

At Out There Endurance, I believe every athlete has untapped potential and gains to discover. Drawing from my roots running cross country, and many diverse athletic experiences, I blend passion with science and analysis to elevate your journey. Whether you’re chasing your first sprint triathlon or aiming for a Boston Marathon qualifier, your path is my priority.

Let’s get you Out There! I am passionate about training being beneficial for everyone! Young, old, fast, slow, beginner, advanced... We can all accomplish something BIG, even if others think we’re a little “out there”. I will help you win the race, get a PR, get across the finish line, or just impress your friends at the neighborhood run club. We’ll get there together through planning, accountability, and analysis.

About Coach Meredith

!Hi, I’m Coach Meredith Hoggatt. Based in Denver, CO, I proudly travel to various races in my Sprinter Van! As a Navy veteran with a background in Mechanical Engineering, I am excited to return to school in 2025 to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

My athletic journey began in the fifth grade with my school's running club. The challenge was straightforward: run a mile every day after school for 25 days, culminating in a 1.2-mile race that ended at the Denver Marathon finish line. In just over a month, we all accomplished running a marathon, which sparked my passion for running. I continued to focus on this sport throughout high school.

Initially recruited to run Division 1 Cross Country at the University of San Diego, I faced a femoral stress fracture early in my freshman year, which led me to realize that college cross-country wasn't the right fit for me. However, I quickly missed the camaraderie and competition of being part of a team, so I joined the USD Division 1 Rowing Team. By my sophomore year, I had advanced from the freshman boat to the Varsity 8+. My rowing career reached new heights with back-to-back summer invitations to train and compete for a spot on the US U23 National Team.

After graduation, I sought a new routine and competitive outlet, which led me to buy a bike and compete in my first triathlon. I was hooked! From that moment forward, my athletic journey has continued to evolve, and I embrace every challenge that comes my way and I look forward to helping others do the same!
